This mattress is shipped compressed in a box. The compressed packaging allows for easy shipping and delivery, as well as convenience to be easily transported to their desired location. Once unpacked, the mattress will usually expand to its full size within a few hours.

  4. Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the mattress for any damage or defects. If you notice any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns:

  1. Trial Period: We offer a 100-night trial period for our mattresses. This means that you can try out the mattress for 100 nights, and if you are not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within the trial period, and we will arrange for the mattress to be picked up from your location. We will issue a full refund once the mattress has been received and inspected.
